@joppy: you can, but we'd want to play a full 12-person game without bots

please fix matchmaking... my friends and i gave up on playing it online because we can't join a public lobby as a group. we could only play together in a private match, which sucks because i don't know 11 other people with a switch. kinda sucks to play with 5 friends and 6 bots...

@pongman75: Thanks, yeah, I saw an article or two from The Verge. I think that might have been the first thing I saw about it. I posted what I did asking for Gamespot to use one of their writers, I assume, have a contact or two that can make some interesting queries. An attempt at some investigative journalism looking at the heart of the decision making and shine a spotlight for us consumers on this garbage decision. Is that too much to ask?

@eggs_benedict: I tried to do some approximating math on ticket sales based off unadjusted worldwide and domestic intakes (from Box Office Mojo) based on average cost of tickets for that particular year (also from Box Office Mojo). Here's what I found the ranking for tickets sold (simple formula: unadjusted box office income divided by unadjusted average ticket price):

Worldwide Intake (ranked most tickets to fewest):
1) A New Hope
2) The Force Awakens
3) The Phantom Menace
4) The Empire Strikes Back
5) Return of the Jedi
6) The Last Jedi
7) Revenge of the Sith
8) Rogue One
9) Attack of the Clones
10) Solo

Domestic Intake (ranked most tickets to fewest):
1) A New Hope
2) The Force Awakens
3) The Empire Strikes Back
4) Return of the Jedi
5) The Phantom Meance
6) The Last Jedi
7) Rogue One
8) Revenge of the Sith
9) Attack of the Clones
10) Solo

@buggybooger: of all the ways to rank these things, i'd like to see a number of tickets purchased. Inflation is one thing, but with the varied price of tickets, IMAX, etc. I'd like to know which films actually sold more tickets than others.

I'm ready for anything to get past the abomination of Spectre, and the unfortunately return-to-formula Bond flick Skyfall. I want them to continue to bookend the Craig-Bond films with a film that's a spiritual successor to Casino Royale.

@Dragon_Nexus: I was really glad to see him back, but I didn't really like the casting choice. It was very different from Hugo Weaving's Werner Herzog impression. Until I read who is now playing the part, I thought Red Skull's voice sounded like he was being played by Petyr Baelish/Littlefinger.
