I've said this before: When world wide numbers come in and numbers are extremely low for KZ2, THEN haters will have proper and logical ammo to call Killzone 2 a *SALES FLOP*. As of now, this is ridiculous.

So, why dont you compare this big, Halo killer title with the big boys?

We have sales data for day one (AS IN 1 DAY) for some of the biggest titles out there.

What you are implying is that Killzone 2 is in a lower c1ass.. that it cant hang with other big titles on day one sales.

It sold a measely 323,000 in 2 days (even though the PS3 is cheaper now than when those other games were released and now there is a larger install base)

lol you obviously don't know my posts if you accuse me of being a fanboy. I will bash any game or console equally as long as I see something wrong. However if I see a fanboy saying something downright absurd I will correct them. I am more of a hermit than anything.

Take it like a man, Killzone 2 floped in SW hype (hyped 9.5 got a 9.0) and flopped in sales (sold less than Resistance 2 (in the first 2 days) and PS3 sales were down for the month of February (compared to last year when it cost more).

I hate to say it, as a dedicated PS2 fan... the PS3 isn't going to make it. I just hope for the consumers sake that they wait for a price cut if they decide to buy a PS3 .Air-Rhees

So,

It took over 3 years to finally get the game out. GG (the guys that made it) staffed up from 40 to over 200.

$60,000,000 to make the game, publish, ship, advertise, pay people to act as "gamers" and hype the game on gaming forums and the result?

9.0 at GS(compare that to other FPS and it doesnt really shine)

AND ABYSMAL SALES, if you dont know what abysmal is then...
