If I ever wanted to play sports games, I would just buy an original xbox for 50$ (or a used ps2), because they play exactly the same. EA never made any change to their football game, except for the graphic, but if you like good graphic and other sort of game, get a pc. When you are drunk with your friend, graphic will not bother you lol

That is SPORTS GAMES. I'm not saying that sports games are only on consoles, but i will say that they are better on consoles. I don't know about graphically, but the way you play them is better in my opinion in that you can get a bunch of friends over to play Madden or NHL on your console, but you never see friends gather around a PC and play sports games.

i mean come on! last year all i heard about at the beginning of the year was how Heavenly Sword, Lair, Warhawk and other PS3 games were going to own 07, and we all know how those games ended up. I'm not saying that they are bad games, but by no means were they amazing...i think we should all just see what happens when the games RELEASE rather than just declaring a winner right now. Same goes for 360 and Wii, nothing is certain.

and don't think i'm a sheep or lemming, i have a 360 and a ps3, but i just got the ps3 so my online isn't hooked up yet so i'll try and get it on soon enough.

Well, here's my situation. I've had my 360 since launch, and as of 2 weeks ago, it got rrod and it's being sent to microsoft and repaired and should be back in a week or so.

Now, my brother and i split the cost and bought a PS3 because we were going to pick one up anyways, and we are going to buy one or 2 games soon and we already have uncharted and motorstorm but those don't really interest me so i haven't even played the thing yet.

Can someone let me know what game i should pick up for the PS3 that would satisfy me? I love playing halo and call of duty 4 online for 360 and i was looking at warhawk because it reminded me of Battlefront...does anyone think that would be a good pick up? and name others too!

I've had a GBA and i now own a PSP, but i really want a DS, and i know i'm going to buy one (probably with Pokemon b/c i grew up on those games) but i wanted to know some recomendations.

Also, my favorite GBA game was FF: Tactics Advance, and was also into Zelda : Link to the Past, and Mario...also, i'm no DS expert so let me know some games i should be lookin out for if you don't mind...thanks if you post! Greatly appreciated!!!

hahahaha same here! the funny thing for me is that i always used to play CoD 2 and 3 before halo, and when i started halo i was used to the controls of CoD, but i eventually got used to halo, and now i have CoD 4 and i'm used to halo so now i'm getting used to CoD again! hehehe

CoD4 is definitely better though and i definitely agree with what you said about the maps

hmm..if it is happening with all of xbox live...could it have something to do with them putting the classic xbox games in the marketplace...i mean they can't be small files to make public right?
