@gatsbythepig True, otherwise the Sims would have never been so popular. Or exploration games like Myst, still crossing my fingers that someday that genre will make a comeback
@Replen yeah, but it was a really funny 3 minutes. Feedbackula hasn't made me laugh that hard since tomb raider. Also he didn't have much source material to work with
This article is pointless, it's way too soon to tell anything about how the systems are actually going to sell. Anyhow, I just came here for the trolls. Good fun
I love love love my PS3 but that was a painful launch. the cell screwed them over, their marketing and lack of distribution screwed them over. Shitty launch titles too though none of the PS4 titles have interested me much yet, I'll probably just pick whichever one gets the best reviews and hope it tides me over until something better comes out
I don't trust this report much because of who's saying it. he could have easily just been one referencing a single poll in a small area. I have no interest in an Xbox1 but I'm going to predict that the final marketshare for the ps4 will be 60-65%
we're near the end of a console generation, plus summer sales usally suck anyhow. to be expected.
In ironic news, I came to visit family in central europe and escape the heat only to have to deal with record highs, and so far back home in the US South where I'm from it's been extremely cool (by southern standards). That kinda sucks
