PS3 if you want the best exclusive lineup, free online, and better reliability. 360 if you if you want to pay $50 a year to get online and........................uhhhh....I dont know...Halo?
Just get a PS3. It was cool to have a 360 back in 06-07. Its a joke now. Times have changed.
I think you two are missing my point or are going by common sense. I know retail stores have the right to refuse service. I said that in an earlier post. I dont think they have the right to refuse a refund if it clearly says 7 day return policy on the receipt, even if you are abusing the service. They can blacklist you but they would still have to give you that final refund because it says 7 day return policy on the receipt and that receipt is a contract.
Can anyone confirms this with facts and not common sense?
Issue is: The Manager reserves the right to refuse returns. So if you keep doing it, they will catch on and stop youDiviniuz
Where does it say that? Ive never seen that on the receipt. The receipt is an agreement.
I wish people didn't abuse this system because I have to return almost every used game from Gamestop simply because it doesn't play, not because I don't like it. It makes those of us with honest intentions seem like we're abusing the system, too.

Well its evident he has a 360.
[QUOTE="YankeesNYC4life"]You can't do it forever. I tried and eventually they told me I was abusing the system and that I wasn't allowed to return games any more and that they would be watching me :oI think they have a 7 day return policy on used games at gamestop, this is the managers exact words to me "most people buy used games because if you dont like the game you can return it" so therefore i guess you can just buy one used game, play it and beat it in 6 days and return it and get another game and keep doing this, ofcoarse this is better for single player games like metal gear, alan wake.... games like that. does anyone know if im right about this,
sorry if this is offtopic, i guess this goes under the category of "game store wars" cause this sounds like a pretty smart thing to do on behalf of the gamer and i dont think any other store has this policy

Does anyone know if its illegal for Gamestop to refuse to accept returns if you abuse the system? I believe the receipt doesnt say anything about "We reserve the right to refuse returns" so theyre obligated to accept returns. But they can refuse to serve you.
