BC2 is years ahead of MW2 when it comes to having fun. But BC2 cant even in 10000 years challenge MW2 or TF2 when it comes to polish. MW2, hate it or love it, is as polished as it gets. Subjective gameplay opinions and glitches aside, MW2 is butter smooth and works the way you want it to.

BC2 on the other hand is constantly trying to screw you over. Getting you stuck in windows, stuck on tree branches, knife not registering, bullets hitting invisible walls, network issues. There are so many more little things that are there just to piss you off. And before you guys call me out on this, these are all problems DICE themselves admit are in the game.

MW2s knife pretty much teleports you to your enemy. BC2s knife lunges you forward but if any small movements are made by your enemy, your knifing animation cant be stopped and youre a dead man. And sometimes the knife just simply does not register.

Bad Company 2 is a fun game. More fun than MW2 imo. The campaign was lackluster to say the least, though.

Edit: And Im specifically talking about the PC version. The console demos are pretty solid and Im guessing the retail is just as solid.

I think for a lot of people it was GTA 4.

Alan Wake and Halo 3.

Lets give the Xbox 360 owners one more chance. Mass Effect 2 was strike 1. Metro 2033 was strike 2. Lets see if Alan Wake can do Uncharted 2. If Alan Wake fails to take the console graphics crown, then PS3 owners can finally claim victory in the graphics department. Right now the PS3 is winning, but it hasnt won yet.

Make all of them RROD and get the owners to buy another one. Then extend warranty after all potential RROD victims have bought their second Xbox 360 Slim. $$$ in the bank.
