As far as the DVD wars go, I see more HD DVD stuff on commercials and in stores. I'm not so sure Blu Ray is actually winning. It seems that neither one of them is doing well right now. JDW_games

I like how 360 gives you the option to get an HD player, or not if you just want to play games.  Sony's kinda "forcing" it upon us, which doesent make sense to me because not everyone has an HDTV.  In fact, almost everyone I know has a fullscreen CRT.carl2tan

I agree Halo 3 Beta doesn't look so great at all it looks like another Halo 2..It looks like they are relying on the name "Halo" to sell it..Lair in Beta looks really gorgeous. And by the time they finaly finish the game its goin to be astounding.

Sony keeps loosing money in its gaming division and almost the whole company is gettin affected cus its PS3,  for 8 months and Sony cant make a proffit yet, " just wait"  "Blu ray will win" mmm lets see,  Microsoft " Richest company in earth, is supporting HD DVD,  HP  will have HD DVD  for its upcoming Destkops, Not only that, but to kill it, "WALMART, THE BIGGEST SUPERMARKET AND WITH MORE STORES IN THE WORLD" is OFFERING AND SUPPORTING 100% HD DVD,  now just remeber, Millions and millions of people shop at walmart, and teh ywill see thos cheap HD DVD  compare to best buy prices, and bang, HD DVD WILL RANK UP!  the tables are turned, Blu ray is loosing support, and HD DVD ISNT DEATH,  in fact more companys will follow the big ones and offer a cheap product to compete vs Walmart, people, if u telling me taht ps3 isnt failin , tehn i dunno what its doin, i mean! People are leavin SONY,  includin " KEN  kuturagi"  The father of play station, so if taht doesnt mean anyting to you, then you are lost,  8 months out and barelly 3 millions ps3 sold, vs 8 millions Wii's sold, " just wait, just wait" wait for waht? wait for Microsoft to launch a new console next year with better graphics than ps3 and dx10 to play crysis? wow thwt will kill it, Micrososft will do it, they did it with the xbox360 and its really working, more games in the market, more fan base, and cheaper. Micrososft is on top for one reason," they are smart"  a guy who created WINDOWS in his garage and bcome the richest person in the world, u need to have respect for him and his company!  There are rumors taht Microsoft will laucnh a new console next year, and taht will hurt sony alot, almost to kill the gaming division and leave sony into a small company!

I agree with all you say. But you must be retarded if you think Microsoft is going to launch another console so soon. The 360 hasnt even become close to a profit yet. They would lose so much money if they decided to make another system. The only thing that they might do next year, is drop the price. MarcusFenix07
