Fox already attempted Dark Phoenix and it Sucked!

@Jinzo_111887: I know Disney owns Lucas Arts but every sub-brand (Marvel, Lucas Arts, Pixar etc.) under the parent company Disney is run independently so Capcom would need to negotiate for every brand. It's possible but it will take more time, every IP will have different opinions (you can use Woody but not Buzz Lightyear, Mickey can't have this move, Star Wars has a exclusive deal with EA etc.) Capcom may get frustrated and cancel the whole project! It'd be better to start with Marvel and see what they can get later if the game's successful enough.

Give us Resident Evil 7 & RE2 remake and I'm good on ports. I would also love to see Street fighter V but I know that's not gonna happen ( maybe SF6? )

@Jinzo_111887: Interesting idea but why bother? There are more than enough Marvel character to draw from, adding more Disney characters would complicate game mechanics, license negotiations and inevitably delay the game for years. (maybe DLC would be appropriate?)
