In my personal experience with campers they aren't that hard to stop so I don't understand all the complaints. I sneak up or look for an opening in their cover.

I'm looking forward to trying this game. It might get me interested in fighters again. I can just see myself getting stomped online.

Metamania

In the beginning, I'm sure that's going to happen a lot, but the more you play online, the better you'll be. Soon, you'll pick up on a character, your style, and go with the flow. You'll make mistakes and improve your game every time. What I like best about fighters is that no fight ever plays the same way twice, so it's always new and refreshing...except for the scrubs you take on every now and then, who really don't offer much of a challenge.

I only got interested in fighters with BB but I messed it up thinking combos is what mattered. Only after almost a year did I realize my huge mistake after discovering sites like SRK and Dustloop. Knowledge of spacing, normals, matchups, and proper defense were more important. I will not have the amount of time to dedicate to learning everything due to school but with SF3 I will not make the same mistake again.

Marta from Tales of Symphonia 2 comes to mind. The cliche was just so overpowering I took a long break from jrpgs.

If single player does become obsolete, I will turn into a hermit and play only older generation games.

I hate people and don't want to be forced to play with them :|

I would do the same. Online play for me is fine in short but rare bursts. I rather avoid some of the rear ends online and I just enjoy playing by myself above all else.

I'm planning on skipping nearly all of holiday games except for the Ico collection and that is not 100% certain. I want to own many of them but I cannot afford to pay $40 to $60 for so many titles in a short period of time, especially when I have to pay for my tuition and gas. If only Batman or the Splinter Cell collection came out during the summer I would have bought them.

I like large player counts. Gives the other team another target to shoot at besides me.

I'm not much of a MvC series fan but I was interested in seeing the new characters announced. Some of them make me scratch my head as they seem out of place and not well known. I understand if Capcom and Marvel wants to differentiate from MvC2 and pick different characters but Rocket Racoon, really?

To me no. I have a ps3 but I'm rarely online even with multiplayer based games like fighters. I rather play with my small group of friends as people online tend to be rear ends. I act online the same way I act in person but it seems many people don't do the same or it is just their true selves. I'm a bit of a trophy hunter but I don't even try to get online trophies anymore.

What is a good challenge for one may be a unfair section to another. Personally I don't care if the game is challenging or not. I play for enjoyment and entertainment, if I wanted a sense of accomplishment I look toward school and work. I think this gen's games have decent hard modes as I got frustrated at parts but after enough tries I get by.
