@Legend_of_Link: I'm from Argentina. There's not an official distributor here to buy the console so the only way to get it is through "grey market". If you don't believe me, here's one seller. You should divide 12,800 by 16 (the cost of a dollar).
BTW, ordering the console abroad is not just very risky but there's also a possibility that the console is retained at customs until you pay extra fees and taxes.
@beowulf1211: It's not overclocking what I want to do, it's using it without a downclock. Only a few games takes advantage of the faster processor. When you start a game released for the standard 3ds (99.9% of the games) the console automatically downclock the processor to match the lower processor speed. The PS4 was doing the same before this boost option.
Nintendo should give us that option. If you consider a bad idea to have an option to take advantage of a faster processor speed it's your opinion. I couldn't disagree more. If you are worried about the developers' work, let me tell you that with the faster speed the games run much better and make the gaming experience more pleasant. There are some before/after Youtube videos comparing both speeds.
@darkelf83: I've heard that the battery life is a little shorter. I charge my 3ds quite frequently and only play one game that takes advantage of the better hardware (Xenoblade Chronicles) so my personal experience is limited.
@Pierce_Sparrow: Actually, it's a love or hate kind of game. No Man's Sky has better reviews and for me it's a much worse game (I played both.) The game is getting a lot of undeserved hate. hushed_kasket review is spot-on.
@tomcat205: GTA IV was better, sure, but that doesn't mean this is a bad game. I actually like Mafia 3 story and setting more than GTA's. At least this game takes itself more seriously. GTA and the overuse of irony it's tiresome.
