It depends.
Book Smart: I'd say I am above average but I have my weak points for sure!
Common Sense: I'd say that I'm quite intelligent...but I have 'blonde moments' quite often.
Emotionaly: Average. I don't understand my girlfriend a lot of times...maybe because she's my first girlfriend and I'm 18 and haven't experienced a lot of stuff. But with most emotions, I'm pretty in-tune.
Overall, I'd say I'm above average with a few really weak points.
Although, I'm told I'm pretty intelligent and mature, so maybe I am. :P
Horror films are still good, you just have to look harder for them. Some of the films I am about to list are not really scary, but they are still great horror films that any horror fan should watch.

A lot of those I really want to see. I must say though that High Tension left me saying..."Holy crap...that was the dumbest thing I have ever seen!" and Shutter is complete garbage in my opinon.
Idk what went wrong with that post I tried.
But i said that The Birds, Psycho, and The Shining aren't scary at all. The Shining is so horrible to me and I don't understand why its reviewed so well.
The only movie that made me completely frightened throughout was Quarantine. I was really surprised how scared I was.
[QUOTE="fatjack04"]Or we could not be so sensitive about subjects not relating to us at all. No one has mentioned a specific situation except for you and just because something particularly bad happened in one instance to one person isn't enough reason for everyone to walk around on eggshells. At least in my opinion. Too much PC makes billy angry.I really hate people that joke about this kind of stuff.
It happens (my dad) and one day, you're really going to offend someone if you joke about it around them.
If you don't know anyone that has done it, you don't know the pain it causes and the blame you put on yourself. So please don't joke.

I understand what you're saying, and I agree. But this whole thread is joking about suicide and I don't think something like that should be joked about. Not because it's a sensitive subject for me, but because it's something horrible that happens a lot to a lot of people. Honestly, look up the statistics. It's not easy to go through and the person who started the topic was cleary trying to make fun of it...it sucks reading something like that.
This could be a warning. Because if rude jokes about DEATH are made to the wrong person who something bad has happened to...they might not be so gently offended.
I'll be the first to poke fun at something...something other than death, which in no way, shape, or form has any sort of humor in it.
Imagine a parent, relative, girlfriend, wife, husband, someone close doing that and then reading something like this. I get that they were trying to get a reactionary thread started...which they did. But it really irritates you when people don't even understand what they're joking about.
Would you joke about cancer if your best friend died from it? Or joke about homicide if your sibling was murdered?
Just because it hasn't happened to someone, shouldn't mean they have free reign to offend people. I'm not talking about making fun of people for being weird or laughing at someone for something they did, this thread was making fun of death.
That's pretty sad and pathetic, in my opinon.
