uhhhhh, yeah the power supply is overkill...there is such a thing. spending more for less watts is far more smart and reliable than spending less for more watts...you have to watch what you buy, power supply quality is very important. save yourself some cash and buy a 600 watt power supply...thats more than enough for the system. its not a complex system...every pc is composed of similar parts, so once you build your first pc, youll know what you're doing. it doesnt take an expert to build a pc. google some building tutorials if you're having trouble, there are plenty of detailed free ones that are very helpful. the systen will run new games just fine.
but you are right it is better not to spend less for more watts
