Pokemon doesn't truly add anything revolutionary to the series anymore, yet it seems to always be doing well each time.

I stopped playing Pokemon when red/blue came out, then my cousin gave me Emerald for free and played a bit til Pearl/Diamond came out. Real reason I'm picking up 1 is because it should have connectivity between Pokemon Battle Revolution on the Wii, which should be the first online Wii game.
