I had the original zune for 3 months before I took it back for an ipod classic(bb warranty). I love my ipod classic, as well as itunes. I actually liked the zune itself, but the program lagged, crashed, etc on my computer, to the point where I didn't want anything to do with it anymore. I've had my classic for a year now, renewed my warranty till next year(i think till around september). hockey73
