This is a great house with a excellent location. Three bedrooms one full bath six closets, one in each bedroom, two in the hall, and one in the living room.It has been fully renovated, light refinished hardwood floors throughout, with new vinyl tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom has a brand new shower/tub surrounded by ceramic tiles and ceramic tile walls. New cabinet/mirror and new pedestal sink to add more room. Heat and AC unit with a programmable thermostat to reduce energy use and customize you comfort level. Big utility room off the kitchen with full size washer and dryer. A huge kitchen that has been refinished with new chopping block style counter-tops with tile counter-tops next to the stove for cooking convenience. Appliances are clean and almost new. A great breakfast bar has been added with a large opening to connect to the living room. There is track lighting throughout the kitchen on dimmers and a great fan. Living room also has recessed lighting on dimmers with a huge window facing the front yard. Back yard is fenced in and has an apple tree and a shed for storage. It is located in a secluded neighborhood at Patterson and Libbie. It'sless than half a mile from a two gas stations, grocery store, hospital, post office, cleaners/alterations, 711, movie theater, and much more. Less than a mile and a half from the University of Richmond, Ukrops, Blockbuster, and less than 2 and a half miles from VCU.

I cant wait til this game comes out. My birthday is coming up and I have already preordered it. It will be my present to myself. What a great present. I just was drawn to this game because of the graphics and knew I had to have it. So I am getting a little impatient about it but I know it will be worth the wait.

I have been rocking on this game so far. I even got a suicide king achievement for it. Pretty funny. I really like this game. The replay is great and have been loving it. So anyway I dont have long before BioShock comes out. Also I need to hop on RE4 wii addition.

I am just sitting here thinking why the media and the terrorist enemies of ours sound exactly the same. Even some politicians mimic the same thing the terrorist have been saying. I hear some people say we create the terrorist because we are over there. It is also repeated in the news and by terrorists. Why do you people follow the same talking points as the terrorists? Is there not something that triggers in your head that our news and some of our politicians sound just like the terrorist? They are so good at propaganda and so many of you fall for it. The media does, and probably wants to in my opinion. So the couch potatoes fall for it, politicians follow it for the votes because of polls from people that have no clue of what else is going on. It just blows my mind how many people side with the bad guy who wants to kill you and your family.

to the issue, I say that results of polls please those who are sensible, and Bush's opposition to them is a mistake. The reality shows that the war against America and its allies has not been limited to Iraq as he (Bush) claims. Iraq has become a point of attraction and restorer of (our) energies. At the same time, the mujahideen (holy warriors), with God's grace, have managed repeatedly to penetrate all security measures adopted by the unjust allied countries. The proof of that is the explosions you have seen in the capitals of the European nations who are in this aggressive coalition. The delay in similar operations happening in America has not been because of failure to break through your security measures. The operations are under preparation and you will see them in your homes the minute they are through (with preparations), with God's permission.

"Based on what has been said, this shows the errors of Bush's statement -- the one that slipped from him -- which is at the heart of polls calling for withdrawing the troops. It is better that we (Americans) don't fight Muslims on their lands and that they don't fight us on ours.

Thats all there is to it. I started F.E.A.R again. This time I put it on the hardest level possible. The last time I played it on the third hardest and thought it was hard but I am used to it now so it will be fun and still a challenge. So I am happy with that decision. Next will be resident evil for the wii. I should be playing that now but I am on a mission for the 360 replay of my games. I just need to get my monies worth out of these games. I am having fun so there it is I finally made up my mind.

A good friend of mine had some questions about my religious beliefs matching my politics.

I am labeled more of a libertarian than a conservative on the political test, although I dont see it.

I dont trust the government to run my life. I like it as small as possible. I think it should protect the Constitution. It should keep us safe not dictate us. I dont think the government grants my freedom. That comes from God. The government can only restrict it. God does not restrict my freedom. As far as politics go I dont believe that the government should raise us. As in free hand outs unless it is limited. I dont think the problem is solved by giving people free money, but getting them of free money is the key.I dont think they should take from some to give to another, as a Christian that is up to me and is the right thing to do, on my own. I believe marriage is between a man and a woman, not because I am a Christian, because that is what it is. One argument for it is the benefits that come with marriage. I dont believe you should get benefits for being married. I believe we should be allowed to own guns. People will say they kill people why would a Christian want something that kills? I should be able to protect myself and family. Besides it limits the governments power. Abortion, Dont like it. Not because I am a Christian, but because it is killing innocent life. Death penalty, for it unless criminals in prison have to work for rent and food, no tv or recreation, just learning material. What else?

My religion, or faith of, came after my political views. I would have considered myself a democrat because my parents were. Then after 911 I started to pay attention to what was going on. I figured a lot of the reason my life was so depressing was because of the mindset I had about life was unfair, I would never get ahead. I could never find a good job. Everything is so expensive how can I survive. I figured when I get older something would have happened by then and I would be well off. I just really knew I had to make something happen rather than wait for it to find me. I hated Christians because they had this fake happiness in their lives and they just did not have a clue.

So after 911 I started to paying attention to politics and listening to the conservative side of things I felt like somebody felt the same way I did. So I began to really get over all the lame outlook I had about life. Over a period of time I really made loads of progress toward my future.

My religious outlook took a lot longer to find. I was a addict so I went to different programs to get help. They would always tell me to pray. They were not religious, some were, but a lot were not. They would tell me to pray to a higher power. They said that could even be a chair if I had no higher power. So I did and I was so embarrassed about it. One day months later I decided to pray to God, that was the hardest thing for me to do since I did not believe in a God. I prayed for a good day. I was having mad issues with drugs and it was killing me. Anyway the next day was the best day I had in a long time. That was just a crack in the door. I stopped praying but remembered it worked for me. I eventually got back into drugs and started to go down hill again, very fast. This went on for a while, about a year and a half. Then I decided to get help again. I had left all the things that helped me behind so I had to go back to it.

During this time I really did not pray but I was clean for a little bit. Then Passion of the Christ came out and I heard all of this stuff about it being a hateful movie. So many people were trashing it and they have not even seen it. That to me was ignorance. So I decided to go and see it, and that is when I wanted to learn more. So my religious beliefs came after my political beliefs. My political beliefs were alway there I just never heard anything but the America sucks thing.

Anyway I started to play this game yesterday and I really did not get that into it. I am going to have to try it again. I am thinking about replaying FEAR again. I dont know. I just cant make up my mind.

Why is the news opinion based. We never get a story with out opinions. These opinions just lead to a spin on the subject. So we have all of these people watching the news and getting a opinion based issue with no reason to investigate it. They can change the channel but they compete for business so they keep up on each others info and stories so it is all the same. Then you have them trying to out do the other for accusations to keep you in the soap opera mind set. They just cant report it and leave it till all the info to comes out, they discuss it nonstop with all theories and opinions that are not fact based. No wonder there are so many conspiracy theories out there. So nobody believes the truth they hope for a deeper option like they are smarter and know the real truth. You are not smarter than the truth you are stuck in pre info mindless beliefthat stemmed fromsomebody that had a opinion before the facts.

It is such a dope game. It is the only game I play online. I dont see how you could play any other.

I would have a system where in order to get financial assistance the applicant for the assistance would have to bring in 5 applications for jobs, completed. After the applications are send out by the provider of assistance then they can receive assistance. The applicant must report back every week with job status and 5 new applications must be received each week until a job is found. At the same time the provider can find jobs for the applicant that if accepted by employer must be taken until another job is found. There would be a 10% of paycheck payment automatically deducted to reimburse some of the assistance until assistance is canceled. Then there would be a 25% reduction of assistance money every two weeks. So by 2 months they would be off assistance and into a job with full pay. If that person reapplies for assistance it will not be accepted until a 2 month time period has passed from the time assistance was canceled.
