The 6200 is definetely a problem. Its not meant to play *any* games. I wouldnt use any card under *600 (such as a 6600,7600,ect.) to play games. If you get some help figuring out what kind of motherboard and power supply you have, I'd then suggest getting help picking out a $35 8600gt from newegg.

The Company of Heroes community is still pretty big. I've never had trouble being automatched and the game list is always of decent size.

You're sick of not playing zombies. Good job. Open tf2 or CSS and check the multiplayer options. You may have it set to not download anything.
