sounds like a glitch.my level went back to 1 and I wanted to add a link to my sig,and the whole screen went white and a error came up stating unable to change sig,due to pending ban or suspension,even though i have not done anything wrong nor did I recieve a PM from GS stating that I was banned or suspended and I still can post
usually you have to have a concealed weapons permit and as N.H has posted and some states have what is called an open carry law,but the weapon has to be visible to the public and there are still places where that is still not allowed like banks and police stations and any other government instition
