All of these early reactions are bullshit. Some of these goofs are the same people who said that Justice League was amazing and it barely cleared the shitastic bar set by BvS and Suicide Squad. And the last people I want to hear reactions from about this are huge Star Wars nerds who will eat up any pile of shit that Disney shovels their way. TFA and Rogue One featured some of the most blatant, over the top fan service I’ve ever witnessed.

DC vaulted from one extreme to the other. Going from having basically zero levity in their movies, to cranking out lame ass one liners front, right and center in Justice League.

As a movie, it’s an improvement over crap like BvS and Suicide Squad, but it still mostly missed the mark for me.

Hopefully DC/WB finally get rid of that hack asshole Zack Snyder and bring in some competent directors to helm these movies.

Binged the whole damn thing and it was great.

I have no idea how these reviewers are complaining about the pacing but praised the living hell out of a show like Luke Cage, the 2nd half of which was a total slog to get through. And if it wasn't for Kilgrave, I would've given up on Jessica Jones after a handful of episodes.

As for the complaints about the violence? It's the Punisher, you goofy assholes. What the hell were you expecting? He's not a superhero doing superheroic things, he's a murderous vigilante who ruthlessly massacres criminals. If you can't take gun violence in your Punisher series, perhaps My Little Pony is more your speed.

Here's a bright idea...how about come up with some new fucking characters. These are fictional worlds populated by superpowered beings. The possibilities for new characters are virtually endless. Have a little creativity.
