For all on-demand games? I have all my saves on my USB stick, so I can just purchase the downloadable version and load the save right in?

I have many disc games, Dragon Age, Borderlands, Oblivion, Burnout Paradise, etc..that i want to get the Games on Demand downloadable versions on Xbox Live. Can I still use the same save files? Do all games work? Is it just certain games? Is there a compatability list?

Thanks

No..I just want to play the game on two consoles. One upstairs and one downstairs. I don't want to have to recover my gamertag each time and it would be nice to play some of the games on demand titles without having to drag a CD around.

Just wondering if I can make the game, gamertag and saves portable. At least the gamertag and saves.

I'd like to have two Xbox 360's set up to play one game on both. Say Mass Effect (download version) on each Xbox (or on the USB stick) and my gamer profile on the USB stick. Then just move the stick from one box to the other.

Will this work? Have you done it?

Thank

So I cannot install a game to the USB drive and move it from machine to machine? I thought that was one of the features? (I do realize you still need the disc)

The game install is secondary, it would be nice, what I really want to know is:

on 1 xbox I have a USB drive with my profile and dragon age (lets say) save file - I pop out the USB drive - move to a second xbox - pop it in and with the dragon age disc play it with my gamertag and save file (without having to recover my gamertag)

Wil this work?

Basically I want to carry around my profile and save files.

So it seems like with the USB stick I can put my gamer tag profile, game saves and perhaps even a game or two on a stick and transfer between two xbox 360s? Had anyone done this? How does it work from your experience?

I have been waiting for a way to have all my info easily moved between separate consoles..wanted to see if this was it.

Thanks

Frank

I quickly realized that during the beginning tutorial missions, saving and loading a game did not save location, it always went back to the last checkpoint.

Now that I am free roaming...how does it work? What if I wander 100 miles and save..can I save the actual new location? Does it revert to a checkpoint? And what is the difference between resume game and load game? Loading a game warns it erases your checkpoint...but is load the same as resume?

Confused...

Thanks

Frank

Ah interesting..good to know. The FAQ link does not address this at all, so I was curious. Also..is this expansion more of a separate/game/quest? Unlike other add-on DLC for games, this one seems like it is its own entity, which is played completely separate from the main game. Also can you go into the expansion..level up..quest..etc..then bring that character BACK into the main game? Any ideas? Thanks!
