I did have a look at total biscuits channel. I'm aware that pvp in mmo's tend to be unbalanced but what killed the deal for me WoW was putting putting rating requirements on gear that made you competetive in top tier pvp. That would be fair if the pvp was balanced, but it isn't. I hope SWTOR won't divide the playerbase into have and have nots based on the choice you made at the char selec screen.

I will give it more thought and research more.

I have been thinking about it. Been playing WoW since TBC (2007) and it really is getting to be a drag now. I find myself enjoying the game less and less. Now I just log on to pvp with friends and do arenas. But I feel that now it is apparent that the PVP in WoW will never be balanced. It's not blizzards fault mind you. They have stated many times that WoW has always been a pve game with a side of pvp and in my opinion it is just too hard to balance 30 specs. SWTOR will not have the problem of too many classes to balance.

Since I still enjoy the social aspect of mmos I was thinking about giving SWTOR a chance. I intend to mainly solo or group quest and pvp. No hardcore raiding (if there is any). I have seen some videos but no comments on balance. What do you guys think of SWTOR? Can it live up to my expectations?

The only thing I didn't like in BC2 was blowing half my clip to kill someone. How powerful are the weapons? I'm not that good of an aim so headshots are few and far between for me. I do aim for the torso though.

Graphic glitches and server browsers are all fixable. What interests me is the gameplay. What's the gunplay and balance like? Will I enjoy this game as much as bc2?

Hehe, that was pretty bad but don't fuss. This happens alot to me and I have killed alot of people in that position as well. Half the fun for me is laughing at my own mistakes.
