agreed, though they are decidedly more competent than everywhere else.

In certain subjects they are. In certain subjects they aren't. While I know our opinions differ on this I would say it's unfortunate that blowing up things seem to be their strong suit while on things like economics, education, healthcare, infrastructure and having a functioning congress they are sorely lacking.



i believe this a byproduct of democracy, it simply can't support states of this size and power.


though in general i can't think of a state more competent overall than the US.

No President should support terrorism in ANY form.

They shouldn't. That doesn't change that for a very long time it has been the case.


probably because historically it works.
