alright im for the most part liking the fishman island arc so far, but is it just me or is the animation quality nothing like it was in the preceding arcs?

i mean i knew something was off ever since the crew got to fishmen island but it wasn't till the big fights started that ive realized just how bad the animation has gotten. now I've been following the anime since pretty much day 1 (manga too) and they have shown countless times that they are capable of practically studio ghilbli quality animation.

for instance during the baroque works arc when luffy busts out from underground lifting a skyscraper in the process

or when kaku is jumping/flying across water 7 during the cp9 arc

or the entire marine ford act in general.

so it really saddens me when sanjis skywalk, zoros dragon twister, luffys attacks in general and especially the scene where hody jones throws a waterdrop through a mountain range are animated so badly, they all lack a feeling of weight and power that the series has shown time and again has it can supply.

has anyone else noticed this??? if so any idea why the animation is slipping?
