@Sevenizz:

True, but there is little point in not trying. I will at least try to talk to her a bit and ask her out to study with another friend perhaps and see where it goes. Even before studying, we did talk somewhat.

Talking to someone or asking them to study with you (with someone else present) does not mean you are trying to date them. If that were the case she would be trying to date me. Also, this is my last semester and I graduate in 2 months so who gives a shit. May as well try.

Look elsewhere. Any other attempts to sway her is a waste of your time and may make her feel uncomfortable.

She never flat out denied me, she just never showed any interest in me today. Still, I could tell she never had any feelings for me the last time we met. I may try to ask her out to study or something, but yeah, I don't think this will workout.

She was my perfect 10. She was in our group for our class in college. We would sometimes talk.

Then this girl asked me to study with her and another guy friend in this class. I studied with her and we had a great time. I told her about my life and she laughed a ton/was very entertained about how I live like and my stories. I was surprised by how much she was giggling and laughing and how entertained she was by me. She smiled a lot and seemed interested in knowing me better as well. I have never seen anyone laugh so much. Of course, I am a black man and she is a white republican girl from Texas who supports Trump and Cruz(could tell from her social media), so I had my doubts that she was really interested due to cultural issues.

Next time we sit next together in class she does not talk to me. I talk to her and she has one word responses and smiles.

Now I feel like an idiot for thinking that we had something special going on. After studying for over an hour and talking about things ranging from religion to drinking I thought she felt some feeling for me. Now it looks like she was just being friendly and the "tingling" feelings was all one sided.

Thoughts?How to get over the fact that a girl I really liked is not interested in me?

I know a lot of people who did poorly in H.S but well in college. I know a girl who only did math models in H.S but went to O.T school and a guy who did a masters in Biology but got below average grades in this class.

I also know a lot of people who did well in H.S (mostly females) but did poorly in college. Quite a few straight A students ended up majoring in Psy., marketing or family relations and never did a post grad.

I think Asians go through racism the most. I see friends making fun of Asian friends all the time even if they may not like it.
