hey everyone its gamerguy456 just wanting to say sry i havent been active in the unions that im usually active in its just that ive been really busy.

however ido have gaming news irecentlygot a playstation 3 :) though i had to sell the 360 :( which wasntwhat i wanted to do but hey what can you do

so now ill see what the ps3 has to offer. Also now that the crazy rush from school has slowed down a bit il probably try to be on more often. im thinking of reviewing two games which will be megaman 10 and crash mind over mutant both for the wii but ill see what happens.

anyway thats pretty much all i have to say for those of you who know me in the unions i usually post in i want to say im sry that i havent been active but the first few weeks of school were crazy and work has been crazy also.

Hi everyone Gamerguy here and todays movie review is gamer which just recently was released on DVD.

Ok the plot for the movie is in the future humans will be able to control other humans in videogames. There are two games that the movie focuses on one game is called Society which pretty much like the sims games and the other game is called Slayers which is similar to Call of Duty. The main character is a man named Kable real life name John Tillman played by Gerard Butler who is the highest ranked character in the game Slayers. Kable is controlled by a player named Simon who is played by Logan Lermen

The deal with the game slayers is that the creator of the game Ken Castle played by Michael C. Hall struck a deal with the government where if a player stays alive in the game slayers for 30 sessions they will win their freedom which was big for Kable as he had already survived for26 sessions and 4 more would win him his freedom. At the same time he wants to reunite with his wife who is also a controlled player in the game society which is her job to be an avatar in the game.

While Ken Castle is talking about his game the system keeps getting hacked by a secret group called Humanz and with their leader Humanz Brother play by Ludacris they try to prove to everyone what Ken Castle is really up to and what he intends to do with the current technology.

Ok now Gamer is one of the weirdest movies I have ever seen so far which actually isnt a problem considering that the directors of this movie are Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor and these two guys have been known for making crazy stuff in their films and if you have seen their two films Crank and Crank High Voltage then you know what to expect. This had some good action and had some crazy camera shots. The movie is pretty short and goes by really quick.

Now there are a few flaws first of the plot isnt that good. I mean its ok but it couldve been better the main problem with the plot is that it is a bit similar to the running man,deathrace 2000 and its remake. There are times where the action is boring or when there are times that they are just talking and not much is going on. But overall though there still is some really awesome action moments and while its not as funny as the Crank Movies it has a few goofy parts.

So is Gamer a great movie? No but it is a decent Sci-fi action movie that I think Sci-fi movie fans and gamers will enjoy. But hey thats just me. Weird, a few flaws but some pretty god action and overall a decent flick

Hello Gamerguy456 here and its time for a movie review. Todays review is the 2008 comedy starring Jim Carrey known as Yes Man.

Now i have enjoyed all of Jim Carreys movies with my two favorites being Ace ventura 2 and the mask. This one though not as strong as those movies overall though this one isok.

In yes man Jim carrey plays Los Angelos banker Carl Allen who has become depressed after being divorced and he practically says no to everything. After being persuaded by a friend to attend a yes seminar Carl learns to say yes and he ends up saying yes to alot of things. First he gives a ride to a homeless man who also uses up his cellphone battery and causes his car to run out of gas. While at the gas station Carl meets a young woman named Allison who he starts to like as the movie progresses. the main part in the movie is all of the stuff he says yes to. During the movie Carl says yes to buying viagra,finding a persian wife,speaking korean, learning to play the guitar and much more stuff. Throughout the movies things go well for him whenever he says yes he approves so many loans that he gets promoted to work in the corporate office. Im not going to spoil anything else but the problem is that the movie is hit or miss with its jokes and scenes. Some scenes are funny and some arent. Also he will come across stuff where you will be like o why did you say yes to that. Im going to keep this short so overall if you are a fan of jim carrey check it out or if you like comedy movies, but otherwise it is predictable and the you will see the outcome of a few things a mile away.

Hi its gamerguy456 again and this is thethird and final part of my top 10 list and im not making an honorable mentions list. so yea lets get started

#4 The Dark Knight

Now what can i say about this movie its fantastic. The action scenes are shot well, much better then batman begins, there is alot of tension the characters are developed well and overall really good acting from Christian Bale, Heath Ledger and Aaron Eckart ( i think thats how you spell his name). overall really good movie now im hearing ruors about a sequel but its not official i ope it happens though.

#3 Inglorious B****** ( i dnt know if i will get modded for postingthe 2nd name so ill block it)

Anyway the movie is set in an alternate reality world war2 and is directed by Quentin Tarintino and stars Brad Pitt, Eli Roth and Christopher Waltz. This movie is kind of a toss up i enjoyed but i dnt know if alot of people will because it is in subtitles most of the time and i dnt think alot of people will like that but im not sure it depends on if your alright with it. I think i might post a review on this movie because there is some more i want to say on this.

#2 The Mask

Now this movie is funny. It stars Jim Carrey and Cameron Diaz. Jim Carreyplays a banker named Stanley Ipkis who cant seem to find a girlfriend and has some bad luck with women.After he finds a strange wooden mask and decides to put it on things go a bit crazy as he turns into this cartoonih like character who does some really wacky and funny stuff. Check this one out if you havent seen it.

#1Terminator 2/Aleins

Im sry but i just cant seem to decide between these two I know i should probably pick one but i cant. Both movies have great acting,plot and character devlopment. Both movies have alot of tension and good action. It is difficultfor me to decidethese are both two of the best sci-fi movies i have ever seen im sorry about that but i couldnt decide which one.

That concludes my list of my top ten movies and thanks for reading and sorryabout the decision on the number 1 film but i couldnt decide.

#7 Get Smart

Now this movie at first I thought was going to suck but it turned out to be a really surprising and fun movie. The movie stars Steve Carrell who plays Maxwell Smartwho is an analyst for a secret agency but wants to be a secret agent. He finally gets his chance and at first the movie started out boring for about the first 20 minutes but it picked up after and turned out to be really fun especially when there was a mishap happening.

#6 Tropic Thunder

This movie is funny and not just that its a parody film thats actutally good. It parodies hollywood and it stars Ben STiller who plays an action movie hero,Black Jack who plays a drug obsessed comedian and Robert Downey Jr. who plays an austrailian actor who undergoes a controversial alteration surgery to darken his skin to play an african american soldier in their vietnam film. The actors get to worked up and dnt take the movie seriously. So they are sent to aforest by their director where they think its all part of the movie but they are being thrown into a battlefield sort of. really funny lots of fun.

#5 First Blood

Heres an action movie that i enjoyed big time. The movie stars SylvesterStallone who plays dramatized war veteran John Rambo after he gets mistreated by a cop he starts to fight back and it leads to a war where its Rambo against a bunch of cops and while there is alot of action there also is an emotional moment which was good because there arent much movies that have an action hero get really emotional. good movie Well thats it for now Im thinking about just making a list of honorable mentions where ill just mention the title of a few movies that i enjoyed but didnt make the list but ill think on that. HI its Gamerguy456 again well we are almost near the end of 2009 and I decided why not make a top10 list of the movies that I enjoyed this year. Now keep in mind I am aware that a few that make the list were not released in 2009 thats because this was actually my first time seeing them and yes i missed outon alot when i was a kid and as i got older :( Or i may have seen it as a kid but barely remembered it :(. Now im not going to give a plot summary ill just name the movie and maybe say a few things about it but thats all though sry :) Also remember if you dnt agree with me tell thats fine with me we all have different opinions and thats fine just dnt attack me or anything :D

Anyway time for the list this is part one of the list and it will be numbers 10, 9 and 8 because i do not want to make a really long blog espeially since some of my blog titles say really quick but they arentquick and shortand i will hopefully have time to make parts 2 and 3this week before the new year. #10 Ace Ventura Pet Detective When Nature Calls

Now i had seen the first ace ventura but i cnt believe i never saw the sequel all these years :(. Well i did this year and i enjoyed it alot. The plot is that Ace Vventura played by Jim Carrey has to travel to africa so rescue a sacred white bat and return it to an african tribe. The problem though is that Ace Venutra despite being a pet detective is afraid of bats. Anyway its a funny movie i had fun watching it and he did somemost stupid but funny stuff.

#9 Darkman

Sam Raimi the man who directed the spiderman movies does it again in his own superhero movie and yes i mean own because he made this character and yes the movie spawned the comics instead of the comics spawning the movie. Anyway Darkman is about a professor named Payton Westlake who is played bythe coolest bad***Liam Neesom. Payton is trying to create a type of skin that would help people who suffer burns but all his research is destroyed by a group of mobsters and after an explosion Payton is left severly burned but he does lve and after that he uses whats left of his lab to become Darkman and get his revenge on the mobsters. Good movie, good acting and plot.

#8 Terminator Salvation

I wont say much about this because i reviewed this movie in one of my blogs but i did enjoy it and a nice entry to the terminator series.'
