@silv3rst0rm: Totally agree. Most games DLCs come out FAR too late for us to even care about them with the plethorae of games coming out nowadays. This timing is just perfect. Cant wait to try Banned Footage vol 2 and Not a hero.
@dryvlyne: I have all trophies for both the main game and the first DLC and yes it was worth it imo. Nightmare/Night terror mode is fun and tense where you have to survive through waves stuck in the basement while gathering metal scraps at different compactors you can activate through opening locked doors , you then use your scraps to craft better weapons, ammunitions, healing items or corrosive stuff to open more locked doors, theres also traps you can turn on at a cost of scraps and have to survive until the morning. Ethan Must Die is a great trial and error challenging game mode with random item boxes and a boobytrapped house like if they added a Dark Souls twist to the game... and Bedroom is a fun head-scratching puzzle but its short and like he said has no replasyability.
@Dessicator: Well you sure seem to have debunked alot of it already and I liked reading your reply I guess I was wrong then... it must be something with the herb + chem mix that does wonders. But yeah it makes sense seeing Alan's rate of deterioration and the way Evie is now 70+ in the present if our character was to be infected fro mthe start of the game we wouldnt make it much far. I just thought th eway Alan was infected didnt look alot like the same reactions others had with the virus he seemed more like he would turn into a zombie at any times...
Anyway I hope Banned Footage vol 2 and Not a hero will explain more of it.( sorry if some stuff might not read like I intended for it to its just that english is not my main language).
@iandizion713: That I agree with you. I always though original REs zombies (0,REmake,2,3,cvx and the oubreak series) were somewhat unique and different from the rest. I cant quite put my finger onto why but Ive never had another game replicate the same sense of dread and fear that I had when I faced those. The unique moaning they do when you cant see them in front of you, with the walking sound thats slowly crawling toward you, as well as the sound they made when chewing on you etc was very immersive and threatening back then... anyway like everyone here Im really excited for RE2make and cant wait to see what theyve done with that game. Meanwhile Im really enjoying RE7 as well and cant wait to try DLC number 2 tomorrow.
I would love to see Crimson Heads return in RE2make since it does take place after the events of the mansion in REmake and they introduced those im that game, the same T-virus spreaded in Racoon City so logically they should make a return. But RE2 is abit more straight forward and less focused on 1 area like the original so there wouldnt be much threat at back-tracking and finding ourself face to face with one of those.
@thespicychiken: The fact that a fully PAID game such as OW uses the obsolete, overdone F2P ''rotation'' model like Hearthstone card packs or Clash Royale chests is simply dumb and feels like a big FU to the community playing your fucking game that we paid for in the first place. Im lucky I got both Reinhardt and Tracers skins since theyre imo the only 2 worthwile skins in this event, but out of maybe around 30-40 boxes ever sicne the beginning of the event I opened 2!!!!! legendary nodes, one was Reinhardt Rooster skin, the other was explorer winston. Greed at its finest. The fact that everythings also worth 3 times the price of the originals is simply disgraceful.
