@Rehvyn21 @dronzie yes, but this game sells itself as a FPS with an MMO / RPG slant. As a shooter, it rocks. Great mechanics. The problem is the shallow content its wrapped in. What happens when you hit level 20? Then what? Are you going to replay the strikes and raids over and over again? Some will, but for what? The loot is not great. This game is not terrible, its just good, not great. Something I can play for an hour and then I get bored. Too repetitive, with little reward for the grind

@bottaboomstick haha...sigh...if you say so. I think you are in the minority mate. This is not an MMO, not even close. FPS is more apt, and does that well. But the rest of the game is a tedious grind for crappy loot

@DFL274 Nicely said DFL....I find bungie struggles to decide what kind of game this was going to be, a shooter or a MMO, it ended being much more the prior than the latter. As a shooter it would be great, but when you try to immerse yourself in the world around you, the games really starts to show its cracks. You have no relationship to the world around you really at any point in this game. It's like a museum, everything looks great, but no touching.

@hal4019 @gamersince78 That is fair I think, but I find the loot really awful. There is no discernible difference really in any loot you pick up.

If you like it, more power to you, you are dead on , everyone is entitled to their opinion. My big problem with this game is that it just feels so flat and uninteresting. I feel no sense of immersion when I play this. Maybe the raids will change that, but they seem like just extended strike missions, so im not holding my breathe. The real test of this game will be a year from now...see if anyone is still playing.

I hope it gets better, it has lots of potential, but that is it right now...potential to be great...just good right now.

@soulja251 @gamersince78 how did minecraft come into this? lol Your thoughts are as incoherent as your reasoning for liking this game. I have never played Minecraft, or block-o-land as my friends kids call it, but there must be something to it. Never grabbed my interest so cant really comment on a rating for it.

This is a new generation console game, and I for one expect much more of an immersive experience than this. It looks and feels great, but the game is a hollow shell.

I cant fathom why they rated COD so high, that game has not changed its formula in years, but why one is tied to the other really doesn't make sense to me?

@ThEHaMsTeR this is just ridiculous haha...you have basically provided the same stats I would give a trophy wife...all looks no substance...no what happens to those girls after you nail them a few times...you get bored and look for the next.

@ThEHaMsTeR you call the guy a tool with the basis that the game you play will be better in the future? So then what you infer is that the game is bad now but will get better? That is some funny logic. If you are going to rip the reviewer maybe provide some proof why he is wrong? You should demand better from a game like this...this is not even close to an MMO, it is a good shooter masquerading as something more.
