[QUOTE="Pug-Nasty"]Socom freaking owns, having the whole team watching you pull an amazing play is so tense. And the community is so much more mature then your typical shooter community. I got a new TV and I'm having a slight problem seeing in the night maps, I'm not sure if it's the new TV or the HUGE patch the game had. DO you have any idea what I'm talking about? Turn your brightness up.The ps3 definitely appears to have more variety in online games. All in all, I'd say there are probably a lot more shooter fans on the 360, simply because of Halo. But, I think there are better shooters than Halo on both consoles, and on the ps3 there's just a lot of different style games to choose from.
I just got Socom: Confrontation and I'm liking it. I feel like a dolt for not picking up this game a long time ago.

So you would rather pay 50$ for wipeout hd instead of getting it cheaper at a store.Thats really all there is to psn+ free games, but unlike what you typed you cant download past games only the games available for the current week(Yeah now its only a week you get). You obviously dont have plus .[QUOTE="genaroll"][QUOTE="Antwan3K"]
another thing that is awesome about PSN+ is that the content is going to continue to be there.. so month after month, PSN+ gains in overall value for the consumer.. for example if you subscribe to the service 6 months from now you will still be able to download a day one game like Wipeout HD in addition to all the content that has been released since then.. that being said, a year from now a new PSN+ subscriber will have tons of free gaming content to look through on day one..the $50 entry fee will instantly pay for itself in most cases since you will literally have access to hundreds of dollars worth of free gaming and discounts..
i cant see how a "gamer" can bash such a great concept yet in the same discussion he/she could defend XBL Gold's pricing structure and strategy.. for my $50 a year im primarily getting additional games and gaming content every month over what i would normallyget with PSN.. for a XBL Gold subscribers they're primarily getting access to online multiplayer over what they would normally getas a XBL Silver member.. 'nuff said..
games and gaming content cost money.. so i understand paying a subscription fee for access.. at this point, online multiplayer should be free.. so i dont understand that subscription.. so if you dont find the value in PSN+, fine.. dont subscribe.. but dont pretend that paying M$ for something that should actually be free is such a great deal either..

i do have PSN+.. and ive already went back and downloaded content from over a couple weeks old.. so im not sure what you are talking about.. Wipeout HD is definitely one of the more talked about titles currently availble for the service and if what you were saying is true, if a person subscribed to PSN+ today then they would not be able to download the game.. that is not the case..
Unless you did it before August 4th your lying. So you would rather pay 50$ for wipeout hd instead of getting it cheaper at a store.Thats really all there is to psn+ free games, but unlike what you typed you cant download past games only the games available for the current week(Yeah now its only a week you get). You obviously dont have plus .another thing that is awesome about PSN+ is that the content is going to continue to be there.. so month after month, PSN+ gains in overall value for the consumer.. for example if you subscribe to the service 6 months from now you will still be able to download a day one game like Wipeout HD in addition to all the content that has been released since then.. that being said, a year from now a new PSN+ subscriber will have tons of free gaming content to look through on day one..the $50 entry fee will instantly pay for itself in most cases since you will literally have access to hundreds of dollars worth of free gaming and discounts..

Hehe i just waited for someone to comment on that :D
 @ draw distance
Infamous doesn't have very good draw distance but Uncharted 2 surely does. This debunks your claim that PS3 can't do better draw distance.
Of course the distance will be high he is towering over everything. But in Uncharted you cant visit must of the places you see at anytime.[QUOTE="waltefmoney"][QUOTE="KevinButlerVP"] still no game on the 360 graphically can match Uncharted 2 or Killzone 2, the proof is in the games not in how equal you say they areKevinButlerVP
Rage? A game doesn't have to be exclusive to have good graphics, you know.
Rage isn't out yet, we have no idea how it looks yet in its final stage and a dev confirmed at E3 that all three version would run at 60FPS http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qd0RtabEah4 The ps3 might have 60 fps in cut scenes. I jokes[QUOTE="genaroll"][QUOTE="GamerProDude"]Baseless claims? You guys are hyping things you've never seen and claiming the game is more advanced then the currently most advanced games on consoles ever. Your the one making baseless claims. It's all hope and wishes from you guys. It's going to come back to bite you. That's a guarantee. GamerProDudeDo you know why halo reach has better tech than killzone and uncharted. Its because of all the things they cram into that one little game. You must be in your own world to think unchated and killzone even has half the things you would find in reach. What???? That's content... What does more content have to do with being more technically advanced? We have a lot of confused Halo fans in this thread. That's the problem. Yeah im not a halo fan just saying the obvious. But I never wrote anything about content.Reach has huge maps, vehicles, stealth kills, and other stuff all in one.Thats why it has better techSo you can just stop using graphics as your excuse.
