Normally I wouldn't think a case like this would have much of a chance but since its been filed in the U.S. I guess time will tell.

@Xristophoros: No console exclusives yea but thx to MS that is going to change. Sure Sony and Nintendo don't look like they are gonna put out their first party games on PC anytime soon. But if you can afford to PC game then you can probably afford one or both of the other two consoles as well.

It does work fine but I do wish MS didn't take the "your gonna install this update/driver whether you like it or not" attitude. Contrary to popular belief MS does sometimes release bugged updates that may temporarily break something on your computer. Hey MS it may surprise you but some of us know what we are doing we don't need you to hold our hands.

Since MS is doing its one eco-system thing this is no big deal for PC gamers. They have not committed to HALO yet but lets be honest 6 will come to PC maybe not on release but it will be there eventually.

Sony it gonna push its virtual reality on the NEO but im pretty confidant that most non VR first party games will have a PS4 release as well at least for awhile.

Nintendo is almost the same as Sony but I think they will stop supporting the WiiU sooner than Sony will stop supporting the PS4. Im just glad the new Zelda is not just on the NX.

I hope the suit digs up how much valve made off these sites under the table. There is no possible way all those sites could be linked steam accounts and Valve themselves were in no way involved.
