@LasDK: My little brother have the same CPU as your friend, plus 16 gigs of RAM and 750ti, and yet his PC won't reach 25 fps even using FPS++ graphic pack (only inside the shrine the FPS could reach 25~30)

My 6700K could handle CEMU BOTW just fine, running at 38 ~ 45 fps but still not as smooth as the Switch version that running at 30fps (i also own it)

@LasDK: No you can't run a proper CEMU (especially Zelda) on a lower end CPU

Dual core might be fine, but the core clock must above 3.5 ghz to play it on 30 fps at least (Zelda BOTW needs more)

I admit i haven't finish playing Horizon, but i already complete Zelda and Persona also

that's why i'm saying Zelda is better, because for me, a great game always make me coming back to finish it or replaying it (not saying Horizon is a bad game, it's still a good game)
