@Shinra_Tensei4 For PC then? I STRONGLY suggest you to play it with a pad, mouse and keyboard don't really feels right for this game (after all, the entire control scheme was build with pads in mind, not mouse&keyboard) :)
@Stedmister @giocher @tom_cat_01 also that. But being a reboot (and a longer game I hope) it would include everything from prequel to sequel, to everything in the middle. :D
I check the site everyday but I don't use most of the feature that will no longer be here. One of them I use it A LOT though, and that is the video download feature. I know that all the internet is going toward streaming only, but I really prefer to download all the trailers, video reviews and other contents (like EFMA/The Point, Reality Check and so on...) both because I'd like to put some sort of playlist of video I want to see, and because with all the various content, I might overlook some interesting video, instead if I can download them as they are uploaded, I'm positive that I won't be missing any of them and I can watch them whenever I want. Furthermore I'd like to keep the best trailer or shows (I still keep all EFMA episode in my hard disk and some other important things like Start/Select last episode). So please, remove whatever you want, but please don't remove the dowload video option! :) Thanks!
@RustedTruck650 @glassesboy And there won't be even later, Rockstar plainly stated that the game was intended for current generation alone. Given how big that game is and how much time it took to make it, it would be impractical to make a next-gen conversion. Unless of course you are talking of a very distant future hypothetical GTA5 HD Version of current gen title for next gen consoles...
@megatronx2 @gamingnerd121 I don't thinnk is Bethesda or Zenimax fault. To be honest the "mind tricks and mobbing" thing is more akin to id way of "letting go" people, just look at how Romero, American McGee, Adrian Carmack (the only one I was happy about his departure) left. They were always brought to the point exhasperation in order to left the company by their own free will... It is one of the main flaw of id management. :(
@arc_salvo @pez2k_ id Tech 5 is being used in the new Wolfenstein game and in The Evil Within, the new game from Shinji Mikami. I agree though that they should have licensed the game more, like they did with the Quake 3 engine that was used for more than half the shooters that came out beetween the late '90s and early '00s. Anyway what id REALLY REALLY REALLY needs now is a VERY GOOD game designer. Carmack is probably the best programmer ever, but if they don't have a well designed game to use his technology they are destined to fail. I really hoped that the acquisition from Zenimax helped them get some fresh blood and good game designer but sadly it doesn't seems so. :(
This was probably one of the best E3 so far, I really loved your coverage, it was fun and interesting and offered a nice change of pace from the rest of Gamespot's coverage (which is still amazing!). I think the whole Gamespot team surpassed itself this year mostly because of the more strict collaboration between the US and UK teams, starting with Danny's arrival on Gamespot US office to warm up and build the anticipation for the show and culminating in the whole UK team coming to California. It was amazingly fun, entertaining and interesting, Gamespot at its very best! My only hope is that you will do some more colaboration with the AU team and the other Gamespot team next year (I saw Jess, Laura and someoe else featured in some video but it would be nice to see the whole Gamespot family together). That said it has been a pleasure to follow you for the entire E3, thank you so much for the amazing contents and coverage! Keep it up and see you next year (or the next big event)!!! :D
