Can someone help me understand what this is argument meant to accomplish? Everyone knows the load times are bad, including the developers. It's entirely possible that they differ on different PS4s (within a reasonable margin, given that the hardware is technically "the same"). But this is PC&Mac game discussion, and we're fighting about how "lame vs not lame" the graphics are and how "bad vs somewhat tolerable" the framerates are on a console game. I understand it started off with a relevant question of "how sad are we it isn't a PC game" but I feel like we're drifting here...

I own Demons Souls. It didn't have 30-45+ second load times so it wasn't as annoying.
bloodborne doesnt have 30-45 second load times either....
ive timed them. longest one i have experienced is 22 seconds. that isnt even that long.... majority of loads are 15-17 seconds

first floor sick room: 30 seconds
central yharnam: 23 seconds
great bridge: 18 seconds
tomb of ocdon: 15 seconds
cathedral ward: 21 seconds
old yharnam: 24 seconds
that is with a 1TB WD 7200RPM HDD.

Seems you don't understand what's happening. 1Gb/s is 2016 and will use existing Coax and Docsis 3.1 spec.
They did not add any new channels to my area only changed the current ones. Up stream still only sees 3. Modem seeking no longer locks on the old channels.
2 Gb/s is the fiber roll out for 2015. So you are wrong. Most of the fiber is already laid in the areas that will get 2 Gb/s by 2015.
As for the routing... Using a VPN just redirects your traffic from less congested areas. Which if Comcast had good routing during peek times would be using other networks connected to it's back bone to alleviate the traffic bottlenecks.

@goodkingmog: @Pedro: Thanks for proving my point. Bloodborne is so incredibly blurry and grainy because it has no AA not to mention the 20-30 frames per second it runs at looks awful. Bloodborne has constant slowdown and choppy gameplay even with lesser graphics than Dark Souls. On top of that shit every area in Bloodborne looks the exact same whereas Dark Souls II has a lot more variety and has much more unique and different areas. If you think Dark Souls II maxed out at 60 FPS looks worse than blurry/grainy/choppy Bloodborne running at 20-30 FPS then I have no words for you except LOL.

This screenshot is without the AA because Steam screenshots is not capable of capturing AA in most games for some reason. Even without AA it sill looks better than Bloodborne.
