@justbefahad: Almost every game has repetition. The difference with MGSV is that you have new tools and new methods at your disposal to redo missions. But to be frank if you're doing the same mission more than 3 times then you're doing something wrong.
@maneljoao: You're quite wrong. If you look at innovation.. then MGSV has set the example and pedigree for future developers. How to think outside the box.. like developing a tactical stealth game in an open world that you interact withj. This has never been done before. You can also only appaud the delivery: 60 fps smooth and the graphics looks great, even on last gen consoles. Also, for a non RPG game you get a lot of value: +100 hours, a Single player and TWO multiplayers. The controls on MGSV was also way better. Therefor it's Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain who should get top honors.
@xsonicchaos: I don't agree with bud that the game sucks, but the complaints of the user reviews merit an unfavorable score, as in non 10/10. Fallout 4 is a good game, but not in the same tier as a MGSV or Witcher 3. Betehsda lacked the ambition to give the fans a renewed vision of the Fallout universe. Instead the fans got a recycled concept with a few tweaks. This doesn't mean it's bad, it's really good and if you love Fallout 3 and NV then you will love Fallout 4. But when you compare it with other AAA titles then it's just not as good.
As expected MGSV and Witcher 3 are the best AAA games of this year. Both of them deserve Game of the Year, but will give the nod to MGSV since gameplay is key to gaming experience and that's where Witcher 3 falls a little short.
@Homo_Sovieticus: You try so hard, but you still make a poor case. On steam: 14.187 posities VS 1.741 negatieve.
Second, the game was available before 1 september. And you only need a day to complete the main story. And you forget to mention aall the hate reviews from users who gave it 0 just to compensate for the 10's. Or the 0's because of Konami. If anything, if you consider all the negative publicity, MGSV has done extreme well.
@adam4897332: haters gonna hate. MGSV is an easy target because of Konami and people cant stand MGSV Getting good scores, even higher than Witcher 3 so they just turn bitter. Just ignoreren them and have the last laugh. An overwhelming amount of people love it. The people have spoken.
@Homo_Sovieticus: Fact of the matter is that an overwhelming majority of the people like it. For every guy like you there are a handful of people who are 1. Addicted to the game or 2. New to metal gear and MGSV made them interested in playing it 3. Already fan of the series and reinforced the fondness for one of the best gaming sagas that is metal gear. So you may be bitter, but just remember that this game is critically acclaimed and loved by fans and New fans alike for all the right reason.
