Yes, but only if you're subjective. Both feature a single protagonist battling an alien race, a space age setting, a race of super intelligent creatures that came before, strange creatures that feed off of other lifeforms, and human allies. However, the Metroid series has a far better developed single player, and far less focus on multiplayer. It is also has a less linear level design and epic boss design. But if you like multiplayer, you'd be better off with halo.
Not to me. No More Heroes requires melee attacks for everything, and doesn't look like it has the same do what ever you want feel to it. (All our avatars are RE4!)
I've always thought that Halo 3 cant make it in the PC gaming sphere, with the PCs library of high quality first person shooters. No matter how soon they try to release it, it won't make a difference.
Everyone needs to get over the fact that they bought a Wii. RE5 isnt coming out for Wii, buy a damn 360 if it means that much to you, its what i did. RE5 isnt going to have the same graphics as RE4 its going to be much better and a higher resolution then the Wii is capable of. We have RE4 and Umbrella chronicles. maybe a few more side games will come, but thats about it. RE5 will look beautiful, when i shoot a zombie i want to see the chucks of flesh tear from his body, i dont want to see some dumb down little brother version. stop getting your hopes up, the game is destined for bigger and better things, dont hold it back by putting on the Wii, RE5 is a franchise that needs to live on because of its story, its depth, creativity, the whole mother load, the Wii will kill it. i hate to make the comparrison in this room but, take halo for instance, all thoughts aside as far as if u love it or hate it, look at it this way, halo one looked pretty famn good when it came out, halo 2 looked even better, but to top that they couldnt make another game on the original xbox, it wouldnt push the series forward, it would be more of the same, so they took it to 360 where it sold 170 mil... now just because there are still 5 million people who only have an xbox and not a 360, would bungie make a dulled verion of halo3 for xbox to please them...no. its about the franchise, not the system, they do what they do for the sake of the game, not the console.PerfectWhenDead
Yeah Valhalla was cool. The "ghost ship" atmosphere was pretty neat and the airlock feel when you opened doors that were deeper in the hull were pretty rad. Olympis was also cool because lot of the coolest story elements, training, mission breefing, Pirate attack, all happened there. It had a bright metallic look to it that I really dug. All in all it al rocked!
Now bring on Metroid Prime 4! :D

There won't be a metroid Prime 4. Prime is just the name of the Trilogy, so there will definitely be more Metroid games, but Prime has ended. Anyways, I liked Bryyo. It really opened up as the game continued, and that continual opening of new areas is one of my favorite parts of the prime games.
