He breathes fire, he flies with WINGS, and the Super Smash Bros sight recently added some ambiguity about whether he was a dragon or 'saur. Besides, if dragons were real, they'd fall firmly under the category of dinosaur. I think he's a dragon.

[QUOTE="lovetheblindone"]

Do you really think Samus would customize her ship with bobble head dolls and banners? she just doesn't seem like that type of girl.

Sonicfan37

No, but a pair of fuzzy dice, now that would be perfect.

And spinners

So she doesn't watch sports, huh? That's usually the type of people who have banners and bobbleheads.

I'm seriously thinking about staying up til 3. It was so disappointing when I popped open IGN just to figure out that the review's coming out in pacific time.

For future reference, the open world style of GTA is officially referred to as 'sandbox'. There are many sandbox games that are nothing like GTA, which include Oblivion, Far Cry, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and many more games where aimless wandering is permitted. I really enjoy the style personally, and wouldn't mind seeing more games fit into that style of play.

[QUOTE="AcousticDoc"]Tomb raider, Bloodrayne, those DOA girls and etc all wear skimpy outfits and their pjhysical appearance is a big part of their character. Is samus the only one that doesn't conform to the female lead norms?y2kzorak

There aren't a whole lot of female lead characters, period. I've never really ascribed to any sort of over-the-top feminism, but it does get a little annoying. I mean, I know the gaming industry is male dominated, but how hard can it be to write a story where the protagonist is a woman and doesn't involve her flaunting her physical appearance, huh? Being a woman, I just can't take any game seriously where the whole point of feminine presence is to give 16-year-old boys something to fantasize about. Turn about is fair play. If I have to be forced to stare at busty women, it's only fair that as a guy you get forced to stare at hot guys in boxers. Or even better... Hot guys in Speedos. :twisted:

Actually, I hate Speedos, but I think you get the point...

Actually, that probably happens more than you think.
