Sea of Thieves is a game that most likely has a lot of content being held back and that will be released on a schedule. It is hard to believe that three years of development only got us simple quests and very few customizations.
I still need to finish the story mode. I like the cut scenes but the general structure of the story mode is very repetitive that it feels more like a grind. Anyway, time to try those new characters!
I played the game on a 4k monitor with a standard xbox one and the graphics looked very blurry. I later played the game on an xbox one x and the graphics looked much sharper thanks to supersampling. I am kind of glad I did not finish the game, now I can finish it in 4k glory!
@kaminobenimizu: Wait... shouldn't the quote be "Don't bring a sword to a gun fight"? Because I think a lot of people would bring a gun to a sword fight.
@spectrexr1: Yes! They need to add this! I was playing with a friend the other day and the amount of coordination required was much more than your usual game. We had to create a party on xbox live then using voice chat we coordinated to join the same server and within that server the same lobby. It was unnecessarily painful, I just want to send an invite and have my friend join my lobby.
Also I want a freaking old school character selection screen before each match... the current system for editing your teams is soooooo bad. Why not have a regular character selection screen and then have a menu within that screen where you can select your pre-made teams if you want to. I honestly cannot understand how they messed up this bad.
Just allow me to change server easily Ubisoft! I hate having to create a playlist then save it just so I can change the server I am playing in. After every match it is the same dance... it gets very tiring. Servers in Asia are basically dead. It I want to play in my region then I end up having to wait 15 minutes to get a match... I usually just give up. If I play in the US West coast servers I find a match within 20 seconds... I will gladly take the slightly higher ping over having to wait 15 minutes to play a single match.
