I mean take F.E.A.R. for example, yeah sorta creepy, but not scary. People say fear 2 will be even more scary...
I would love nothing more then for a game to scare the freaking crap outta me.
Dead Space did a good job. I mean having an enemy come at you when your back is turned and then its right there... yeah kudos for Dead Space. And I hope Fear 2 is scary too :)
I have not really gotten into the demo of FEAR 2, but is it scary at all?

That's the "monster in the closet" formula you're talking about, it's easily done, and doesn't need much thinking, more like cheap than good to me, play Condemned 2 or Doom 3 for that, both Fear 1 and 2 are more action focused, they have some scary parts though, like when Alma came crawling towards me out of the dark, in Mission 6 i think, in the offices part.
Or the ghost haunting you in the hospital, in the FEAR 2 demo.
I cant play the damn demo because my account is apparently still a childs account. Im 17, I can buy the damn games so let me download the effin demos MS!Morning_Revival
I was in your place until i turned 18 back in september, i know it sucks that you can't download demos or videos rated M, but you've got to recognize this game is for 18+, not going to judge your person, but if Microsoft says it's too much for you, you're stuck with that, try making another account or downloading it on your PC, it's not illegal as far as i know, unless your account is Silver.
[QUOTE="EvilEwok89"]The most logical choice would be Lost but I'd probably go with Oblivion.Murj
Logic is for squirrels. And where do squirrels live? In the trees!!
To put it simple, at my level(49), i use 60 different hotkeys while i play, that's something like having 60 buttons in a controlller, doubt it's possible.
Guys... please... I'm a First Person Shooter addict, but when I faced those puzzles, man.... I just got crazy... Everyone should try.... that thing to back time over and over mess with your mind... it's awesome, and everyone should remember, IT'S A 2D GAME!!! Don't expect to be a GEARS OF WAR 3... it's just a funny and smart 2d game. By the way, Mario can be played by my 6 years sister, but I ask to everyone here, and what about Braid??

I bet you to beat ANY Mario Bros without dying, if you think it's easy, the that proves you haven't played any Mario game to the end.
I normally do not enjoy 2D side-scrolling games. Despite watching it get great review after great review I only decided to pick it up this week when I felt like I was tiring of some of the big releases to come out over the past few months. To put it lightly, Braid overwhelmed me! Lots of words could be used to describe it, but it is innovative, original, absolutely gorgeous, clever, fun, encompassing, etc etc. Absolutely great and if you don't already have it... pick it up! And no, my name isn't Jonathan Blow :)rmhopper24
Just tell me in what way is Braid original and innovative, please tell me, Halo 1 was innovative, DMC1, MSG1, SMB64, Golden Eye 007, System Shock, Diablo, Starcraft, Doom, Wolfenstein 3-D, Fallout 1, Baldur's Gate, FF tactics, Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda, TLoZ: Ocarina of time, Metroid, F.E.A.R, WoW, Virtua Fighter, SFII, GTA3, Pong and many more were innovative, what makes Braid so "innovative and original" for you? the theme? the scenario? those 2 were seen better in Legen of Mana for the PS1, the music? isn't bad i must admit, the side scrolling puzzles? that deserves an "oh... CMON".
And don't forget about the 1200MS cost, for 2 hours of fun, Puzzle Quest was the same price and yet it lasted me around 50 hours of well done semi RPG puzzle fun.
Braid isn't a bad game, it's just that most of the other XBLA games are better.
