I went to play some gears last night, and i'm near the end of the campaign. I had collected 23 COG tags so far in the game. Then after finding one more in the train level, i decided to double check my progress. One. That's all that the game says i have collected now. Is it an issue with not being signed into live? Or does anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance.i_noseworthy

COG tags should not have to do anything with live. I am guessing that you're asking about the locations of tag? There's total of 30. You can always check the list:
