People need to stop listening to their politicians and actually learn about Geology and Astronomy. More importantly, we must learn about earths 2 dozen or so ice ages. We have to learn about what Earth has gone through and what patterns it has developed. Stop listening to Al Gore. Stop listeing to your senators. They know nothing except how to sweet talk a population. I don't believe in excession, I believe in alternative energy. But global warming will happen and those ice caps will melt even if we had released no carbon dioxide at all. Thats the cycle.
