If you do business in another country you have to respect the laws of said country, putting your servers in america is not an escape, imagine if I sat in australia and scammed people in america then the american government wanted to extradite me to face charges, do you think I can tell the court no because i did not commit the crime in america I did it in australia that would not work.

@khanwashere: The word HDR is a generic term that includes different formats, like dolby vision, hdr10 etc, and of course dolby vision looks a lot better than hdr10
