Skipping the ps4 version and will play this on ps5 with hopefully better graphics, resolution and most certainly fps. Wasting this game on a console that has trouble running every since 2017 is a bad idea.

Its a console that you will use for over half a decade. Why do you want it to be cheap? I don't get these kind of people. Do you enjoy playing at 21fps with settings lower than the lowest on pc? Be excited for your cheap console. I prefer selling my left kidney and purchase a system that offers quality visuals and runs at a stable 60fps. This "consoles should be under $400" is pure horseshit. You want a cheap toy? Get yourself a Switch. You want a proper next gen system? Hopefully the ps5/sexbox delivers.
