I've only played the first Halo years ago. A friend and I played co op story mode and beat the entire game in just a few hours. i'm not really in the habit of purchasing games that only last a few hours unless they're downloadable games, and hearing stories about Halo ODST's length prevented me from purchasing that title once i had my 360. I refuse to pay for xbox live gold, so multiplayer isn't a factor for me.

I can't recommend Crackdown 2, but if it has to be between that and FF13...... buy Crackdown 2

Zombie Tycoon was decent, but could be frustrating at times. I actually never finished it because i couldn't get past one level. But what i played through was fun. Monsters Probably Stole My Princess was a lot of fun. The story mode was over in a blink of an eye, but the score attack mode was pretty challenging and kept me busy for awhile. I haven't played any others i would recommend.

[QUOTE="RavenLoud"]

It will get better later.

AlphaJC

yes after the first 15 hours. you should play a reals mans game called mass effect 2 or dragon age or even Baldur's gate 2 for that matter.

15 hours?!..... try 30. Oh wait, no, the end of the game is stupid too....

i have mixed feelings about the game. I loved the demo, and imported the game, but i never bothered finishing it. It's not just that there are stealth missions, i'd be fine with that. The problem with those sections was that it seemed very scripted, if you deviated from the correct path you'd be caught and have to start over. This led to alot of trial and error gamelay. It is hard to see, and sightjacking multiple enemies in the later stages and trying to sneak around is frustrating. That being said, i love the games story (crazy though it may be). It's scary and fun, the enemies are appropriately grotesque. I don't consider it money wasted, but more exploration would've helped this game immensely. Unlike some of the other posters, i would recommend downloading the game off of the PSN rather than importing. It might seem more expensive up front, but from personal experience (and from talking to other people who didn't complete the game) it's cheaper to play the first few chapters for just 10 or fifteen dollars and find out the game isn't for you than it is to import a game you'll eventually get frustrated with and stop playing.

Whenever the last Silent Hill game came out. December, i think. Probably won't dust it off again until the new Metroid game comes out this summer. I really am looking forward to the new Mistwalker game- The Last Story. And we'll probably get Epic Mickey as well. so hopefully the latter half of the year is better for my Wii

I stuck with it, because everyone kept saying that in chapter 11 the game "opened up" and there was more to explore. I guess that's technically true, the area is huge, but there wasn't really anything there. Just more monsters to fight. And not to give anything away, but chapters 12 and 13 are right back to that same run down hallways and fight things gameplay (as opposed to chapter 11's run in a field and fight things, lol.) I gave up when the boss kept one hit killing me, and watched the ending on youtube. First game in the series since 6 (except for 11) that i'm not going to finish.
