quad core or core 2 duo (not really fussed)

minimum 500gb hard drive

3gb ram

gfx card is very important i need a decent one

also is it best to go for a amd or intel nividia or ati gfx

very likely will be getting a hd monitor for this machine.

but i was thinking of running it off a 23" monitor.

hi...i'm thinking of getting an xbox 360 or ps3 for my kids can anyone recommend me the ideal one.

i'm into pc gaming myself so it will be strictly for the kids.

also which version should i get (arcade, premium or elite ) whats better value for money.
