None. Would stay the way I am. I would rather choose God than the materialistic sins.

[QUOTE="MaddenBowler10"][QUOTE="heyfunboy"][QUOTE="MaddenBowler10"] you should lose all bodily functions once ur head has been ripped off..there is no more moving.

It's not like 10 days later the cat got up and started running. It was most likely the nerves in the cat. The cat was so frightened and scared that it ran because of nerve impulses. I think the kitty was still in panic mode aka panic reaction. The last message the brain sends to the nerves is to escape and flee and panic all rolled into one. Part of the brain stem or upper spinal cord, containing the relevant circuits are still there if the cats head was decapitated too closely.

if it did get up 10 days later..then that'd be something

Can just imagine it get up and stretch, ya know itch itself where it itches.

[QUOTE="gago-gago"]

Do stretches before and after work outs and make sure you give yourself time to rest for muscles to build.

No don't do stretches before workouts, only after.

Nope. Your muscles need to get loose before you pound them with resistance. You need to be flexible. ALWAYS stretch before workouts.... That is how I warm up so to speak.

ALWAYS have a spotter. Use correct formations. DON'T overload yet. ALTERNATE between upper and lower body. EAT smart. Carb up before working out. Most important thing is safety..... are you w8lftn at home or in school? You need a partner who knows what they are doing and doing it correctly. Remember don't lift with your back, use your legs.
