Gamestop will usually have a deal for trading in your system towards the purchase of a new one. Nothing has been announced yet, but I would wait it out a bit longer. As far as the stylus I would check your box if you still have it. Your DS should have come with an extra. If not I would ask a friend for their extra, and if still no luck you can get a 3 pack for a dollar and some change on Amazon.

I am extremely excited for the 3DS, but I am getting annoyed at the lack of game footage. I have seen more game footage for the NGP and that is most likely more than a year out still (in the U.S.). We're 2 months out, show me what I am getting please. I understand the 3D can't be seen, but that doesn't mean I'm not interested in the games.

If anyone comes across some new footage for some of the launch window games please post the link. I'm especially wanting more on Pilotwings Resort.

Dunno. The cheapest that will still run respectively fast and not overheat. Don't need any gravy.

Also I guess brands as well. I'd like to avoid Dell if possible. Bad history.

I guess the real question I'm asking, since I know about ram and hd's is what processor should I be looking for. What are important specs to look at when looking at processors?

I'm looking for a laptop for everyday use. I won't be doing any gaming, just want a fast processor, ram, hd space, and so on. Anyone have any recomendations. How much money do I have to spend?

Thanks, thats good to know. I've never really looked into HDMI cables, because I didn't think i needed them. Clearly I do, so I'll check those out. Do all the different brands really matter? Is one HDMI cable as good as the next?

Well unfortunately I wasn't the one who bought the tv. I am still in college and have no money. As far as the cables go, I am under the impression there is very little difference between component and HDMI. And since the component cables are 19.99 and the HDMI are $70 plus, well there is your answer.

But back to the question at hand. Anyone know for sure whats going on?

Where did you figure that out? I have the TV manual and have searched the internet. If that is true I guess I have no choice but to buy different cables, it just sucks though because I just bought the component cables.

My family just bought the 52 inch sharp aquos. It's the 64U. Today I bought the high def cables for my PS3 and hooked it up so I could finally check out my blu-rays and games in high def. The problem is everytime I go to play a blu-ray, nomatter what movie it is, it starts off in 1080p but then as the disc loads up it automatically switches to 1080i. Does anyone know why it is doing this or how I can fix it?

I set up the PS3 display options to the best of my ability, is there anything specific I need to set or know? Any feedback would be appreciated.
