@rickjamesia: It is VERY different to a Magic Booster Draft. 1) If you go to a Booster Draft you more or less will have an entire evening of fun (depending on when you are out). Here you are probably out after 3 or 4 games if you are not a top tier players.
2) In a Magic Booster Draft I can keep the cards I drafted, so I will get back a large chunk of invested money on that alone.
3) If I want to - i can even win money with a Magic Booster Draft, because Pros will often go for the cards which play best and these are in the booster draft environment seldom the rare cards (these often only work well in the right deck, at least in Magic). So if I really don't care about my rank, I just enter the booster draft and then snatch every rare card I can get my hands on when drafting, regardless what it does. Normally in this way I have an evening of fun and walk out with cards that are worth much more money than I invested in the tournament.
Here on the other hand, if I am a casual player it will be over within half an hour or so for me and I will have lost a huge amount of money ...
@kazeswen: And yet a GTX 1080 has about 10 Terraflops NOW ... lets see how much terraflops one will get in 1 1/2 years from now for that money ... I wager it will be a teensy tiny bit more than the 6 Terraflops of the Scorpio ...
This is actually pretty ridicouls ... with a Radeon 480 X you can get roughly 6,2 Terraflops for not even 300 Bucks right now. The Scorpio will come out at the end of 2017 ... so up till then you can get about 9 Terraflops for about 300 bucks (conservative estimate). Sure you can say ... but what about the rest of the pc ... but most pc gamers already own a rig and just upgrade the graphic card here or the processor there ... to say that you have to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to get the performance of a Scorpio ist just plain bullshit.
When you want to "upgrade" a console you have to throw away the whole console and buy everything new. These times at least you can keep your controllers and games ... yay! But if so many people want to pay a premium price for something that comes just 3 years after the Xbox One ... well I do not know ...
@VXXXJesterXXXV: Telltale? Having out all episodes of one of their games within 5 months ... ahahaha ... falls to to floor laughing manically like the Joker.
Btw. Thats what they said about the Wolf and GoT and look how that turned out. I for once wait till it's finished.
@echoalphaecho: Well I think there will be no main quest and for that matter also no side quests ... It seems to be mainly about flying around and discovering planets and stuff. So to speak a sandbox game done to the extreme. And if it is worthwile ... well let's see how well over a trillion random planets will work out, or if they all will feel the same after one has seen the first ten or so.
Yeah and then they will delay an episode for a month, and another episode for one, nay two months and then we will be in the middle of 2017 ... after f****ing Got I will never ever buy a Telltale game again, before it its completly finished.
I'm totally chill about it. My world has'nt ended. I won't sent any hatemails. I won't do anything stupid ...
... still the movie is a sodding piece of trash, two wasted hours of my life and a discgrace to the WoW Franchise. Obviously it is just not possible to make a good, nay even mediocre movie, for a videogame franchise, no matter how much money they throw at the project.
The only thing that made me post that, is the passive aggressive way of the company saying: "Dudes chill out. It is just a movie. Don't say anything bad about it therefore, even if it is utter trash. Because then you are an evil internet hater and troll."
I find a score of 8 for a near perfect DLC which gives you 30 friggin hours of marvelous gameplay for about 18,-- $ way too low as well. But hey the 10 hours of quicktime events that are Uncharted 4 sure are a perfect 10. So please flame me and tell me that its not an review but an "opion" and they might as well have the right to give it a 1. But if all reviews have become "opinions" lately why the heck read them at all ?
