But they DID add a whole lot new: Redrawn art, music, no need to go back and get some keys, and the cartoon voice acting. And honestly, I enjoyed it.

What you're suggesting would probably change the entire game, and that's why this is a remake and not "Ducktales 3D First Person Shooter WIth Motion Controls." You didn't enjoy it, that's fine, but it's not accurate to say that they didn't add anything new to it.

And that soundtrack, seriously. That freaking soundtrack is $20 in itself.

I doubt you've played both of them. The NES version is actually much harder. It doesn't have the Mcduck mansion or the final level.
