Since I probably won't have a home console, that means I will be stuck with my PC, PSP and Nexus 7. Here is the problem: the PC I have can barely get 10 frames per second on low settings with Pro Evolution Soccer 2013, and the one that I can use to play games like TF2 is used by my mom for work most of the time. The PSP is good but the graphics, screen and lack of a second analogue stick makes it less attractive to me now. And the Nexus 7 has lots of great games but being solely a mobile gamer is kind of discrediting.
So, should I save up money for a used PS Vita? That is the question.
Where I used to live, in Bulgaria, nobody owns a console- everybody games on a PC (I hadn't seen an Xbox 360 and haven't seen a PS3 to this day except in Gamestop). The prices are just silly. A PS3 right now is $400 in USD, Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect is the same, a PS4 Pre-Order is around $535 and a PC just does that much more, even if it cost a lot more.
