using nexus mod manager , able to use a few other mods like quality world map with roads (lock pick pro to check if im using the nexus modmanager properly)

im connect my desktop to the net once a month just to chesk for windows updates . so as i run the mod manager i get the mesage that update was not successful somthing like that . so i don't have the esm plugin while i use the manager is that the issue ??? and after inatalling the mods i enable all the plugins manually and some of them require the esm file in the discription given like the Dragon BOne 1 and 2 weapon pack so it understood i can't use um but there aer i few mods like dancing katana that only require the skyrim plugin butt still doesn't work what is ti guys HELP !!!?

so im using nexus mod manager , downloaded a few weapons mods ( dragon pack 1,2 , magicka sabers ) but can't seem to make them work . so thougth may be im not installing the mods to correctly so downloaded a few that ( lock pick pro , favourites menu) and installed them but these work . when i run the mod manager i get this message checking for updates and says error could not establish internet connection and downloading failed . only connect it to the internet for updates once a month . in also enable all the plugin file in the mod , what is it im really frustrated not being able to use the mods ?

yeah im sure of it held my hand on top of the fan and felt it blowing against my hand . PSu is a Cooler Master 460 rs

new to pc gaming had an ancient PS2 , so was worried and the temps seem way to much to me . and the case (antec 200) has no cut out for the psu to blow the exhaust air through the bottom and out so had to install it the other way so it blows up directly on the gpu . if it wasn't that it would help right ?

so am useing coretemp the peak temp my Cpu Phenom IIx4 960 hit was 38 C and using Gpz my Sapphire Hd 6850 hit a maz of 68 C are these normal temps ? the average temp of gpu was about 58 but at medium settings playing skyrim mostly . the default setting was set at high when i first launch skyrim . now dreading how much more higher it will go if i set the settings to high !?

using a antec case antec 200 and the Psu exaust pan directally blows into the Gpu having no cut out for it to have the exaust fan blow the air out downwards . gonna add a new fan on the side pannel , should it be an exaust or intake ? which way should i install it and will it help with keeping the temps down
