got 2 windows installed first a 32 bit , later a 64 cause have 4gigs of ram so any idea how one is in c and other in d (have no dvd drive so had to do the 2nd by using a usb while running the 32 bit ) Help guys only 300 gb HD space

so im getting blurry squares in skyrim , using mods know its not a Gpu issue got a Sapphire Radeon HD6850 .

get the blurring when game is in high settings with aa and antialising , think its my monitor tis an old ctr monitor 14 inch got it in 2001 max resoulution is 1024 by 768 prefferd resolution is 800 by 600 . is it the issue ?

happend recently had other issues aswell like the aprentice level destruction spell flames was stuck on the right hand of the character uninstalled all the mods and now its fixed , but getting these blurry squares !? how to fix it HELP guys ? should i reinstall it ? or download some texture mods ???

at idle GPU temp sits at 45.0 C and at load while playing skyrim at high settings 50C using GPU-Z.0.5.9 ,

at idel the CPU temp is 27 C AND AT LOAD 42 c using CORE TEMP 1.0

so im stuck with the atarter flame spell in my right han , only time it isn't there when im using a bow . just is stuck there ne matter what HELP me guys !!! i changed the setting of the mouse buttons now button 1 is left mouse button and vice versa , could that be the issue !!?
