@skiggy29 Because carrying a console is extremely convenient? I agree it's easier than your run-of-the-mill, large PC, but a 'budget gaming' (take the expression with a grain of salt - 'budget' as far as gaming laptops go) laptop is already leagues ahead of the 360 or PS3. Hell, I'd like to see you use this reason when you have little Steamboxes prancing around.

@deon99 Difference has been there since consoles launched, with no difference to the PC hardware then present. The fact is, it'll always be like this: the PS4 and 720 will come out with sub-par graphics compared to an expensive PC, and that difference will only get further evidenced throughout the years. Not that I think the gap in graphics is what makes the PC the definite platform - to me, it's the variety and utility of an open platform.

@faithxvoid666 Don't the donors get refunded if the specified product isn't delivered? I know it works that way for when the fund requisition isn't met. Genuinely curious.

@I-Own-Gamespot @abHS4L88 Xenoblade, The Last Story, Pandora's Tower, Red Steel, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, Monster Hunter Tri, No More Heroes, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, Fluidity, Little King's Story, Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaro's treasure, Sonic Colors, Mercury Meltdown Revolution. Out of this list, two are not new IPs (Sonic and MH). Ever heard of the expression "vote with your wallet"? I'm not one for believing the majority is inherently right, but when you sell nearly 50% more products than the second place in your category, you must be doing something right - and I generally support humanity in the belief that a hundred million people don't get brainwashed easily.

@koBe_zero Wouldn't be surprised if an engineer did know more about business than a MBA, lol.

@mattcake Because developing = gaming? Don't be an idiot. Playing games is easy, and saying you can do better than someone else also is.

@WoZe Unfortunately, a lot of people underrate his quality as a developer due to how talkative he is, and he hasn't the "virtue" of false-modesty (not a virtue at all). I have no doubt that he's one of the best game developers.

@DrKill09 'Glorified flash games'? In my opinion, real developers don't make shitty action movies. Minecraft, and the Indie scene in general (which is, I assume, what you mean by 'glorified flash games') has done more to gaming in the past few years than many triple A developers/publishers.
